When does Wyndham renew/pay for RCI Membership?

Got a question. I noticed my RCI membership expires in the summer of 2012. Since I'm a Wyndham points owner, when do they renew/pay the RCI membership? I can't exchange for anything past summer 2012 right now.

This is a bug, seems to happen every so often to some of us.

Happened to me a couple of years ago. You need to call the equivalent of RCI tech support, and they can resolve.
