When do I open up to more resorts?

I know it's still early - hoping for a July 10 trade into Hawaii with my gold Aruba (using July 10 week). Right now I told II only Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club and not the Beach Club - based on TUG advice that I would must prefer the first. One thing - we do not cook huge meals - we do use kitchen facilities for breakfast, cold water and drinks, snacks, lunch meat, etc - but we don't make major meals for dinner. I know Beach Club lacks in kitchen facilities.

The kids want a big pool and a Marketplace to go shopping for candy bars. We want a nice pool, a nice deck, and a pretty view (if we get lucky) of the beach.

Am I way lowering my chances by saying only one Marriott? Should I wait or add it soon? If one is just a touch lower than the other -I'd rather that than nothing.
