I'm trying to get to it through the WM website and it's totally different. Anyone know how to use it?

Can anyone run an OGS? Nothing happens and I can’t add resorts. The new site is horrendous

When the founders owned RCI it was a great company. Fees were reasonable and they were easy to deal with. Now?

Agree! When we first joined (1983?) it was like a club for timeshare owners to trade their timeshares to see new places at quite reasonable costs for both the membership and exchange fees. Now RCI is just a big company that only seems to be focused on making as much money as they can at the expense of their members, which they don't care much about most of the time. They don't even hire knowledgeable IT people to be able to run a decent functioning website for the members who pay those high prices to use.

I'm using the Wyndham portal to RCI. To begin an OGS, I can do a regular search for any exchange (ex., "Hilton Head Island"), then scroll to the bottom of the resort options. There's an additional option at the end called "Create an Ongoing Search". Hope this helps.

I can get to the page to set it up but when I hit continue it just refreshes the region/resort page. I just called them and they set it up but I don’t see it on my profile. If they set it up over the phone shouldn’t I be able to see it on my RCI page?

I see my OGS's in the "Trips" area, not under my profile.

I absolutely hate this new website? Why would they take something that was working and break it?

It is new? Seems like the same buggy one I have been using for going on 3 years. The older version of it that runs on my HGVC portal account seems a little more stable but less easy for me to use.

There were two versions of the RCI portal. WM had one and everyone else had another. Now we all have the same version. I use the current version for my other than WM timeshares. Now I guess I'm using this version for all of them.
