Members may give their weeks to registered charities via the RCI Guest Certificate.

Okey Dokey.

I know an RCI member who owns many weeks and donates several of them each year to their church.

Would a bunch of Guest Certificates, weeks going to others, raise a red flag?

This might indeed raise a red flag. This member may want to submit a letter on the churches letterhead notifying RCI that he does indeed offer these vacations as gifts for charify purposes only. We can then keep the letter on file. This may be directed to RCI, PO Box 80229, Indianapolis, IN 46080-80229.
