They are all at the same complex but different buildings? Which is newest? What does limited kitchen mean, is that the oldest?

And why does the II directory not show MOC , yet people refer to it that way?

Location
Carlsbad, CA
Resorts Owned
Marriott: Maui Ocean Club Lahaina Villas (3BRx5), Ko Olina, Shadow Ridge II, Willow Ridge, Aruba Ocean Club, DC Points HGVC: Flamingo, Sea World, I-Drive, Starwood Bella (x4), SDO, TradeWinds, Worldmark
Maui Ocean Club, which we refer to generically as MOC, consists of three towers, which have some notable differences between them, covered elsewhere.

MMO refers to Interval International's code for the original building, Marriott Maui Ocean Club, which was built as a hotel and converted to timeshares.

MM1 refers to Interval International's code for the two recently constructed towers (2007 and 2009) which are Lahaina Villas and Napili Villas.

Both MMO and MM1 are great properties. I hope that helps.

Best,

Greg

MOC stands for Maui Ocean Club.

MMO is the original resort with the Maui wing in the middle and the Lanai and Molokai towers on each end.

MM1 are the two newest towers with the Lahaina and Napili Villas. They have a full kitchen plus washer and dryer in the condo.

A limited kitchen doesn't have a full size refrigerator nor does it have a stove and oven but it has a small microwave, sink and counter space plus a dishwasher.
