Does anyone have a realistic value (Blue Book) for our Marriott Ocean Pointe platinum week?
Curious for family reasons. Thanks

Also try checking www.rofr.net. It will show approximately at what prices weeks are getting passed or taken through ROFR.

A recent ocean front failed at $9,000. The last annual oceanside passed at $6,500. So I think the $3K reported earlier is low unless it happens to be an EOY week.

Maybe 10 to 20% of what it cost retail.

I understand that you are trying to be helpful, but unless you have specific first hand knowledge of the property or program, the numbers you may be providing may be way off. Generalizations may work for most systems, but not all, and most likely not prime Marriott weeks/resorts like this one.

Agree with you on that one. We were looking to buy a unit about six months ago and decided against it because we couldn't get anything oceanfront for a great price. Those hold more value as oceanfront. Same with Maui, which is another one we looked into.
