Getting a error message for 2 days.

Extended California family getting the same message.

Cannot fix problem with instructions given

Can't communicate.

I think AOL is on its way out - I'd switch to something else.

It's very easy to set up gmail.

I still use my original AOL account for all email, and haven't had any problems. Don't know how its browsing works but you could try this link - my.screenname.aol.com - to at least access email.

I am also having problems with AOL; loss connecting and could not open or delete emails.
Upgrade to Windows 10 and was instructed to use MicroSoft Edge; it is working OK.

I had the problem on my iPad only. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and all is good now.

AOL still exists??? :eek::eek::shrug:

I have a friend who has the "paid" AOL Product. I asked him why? His answer is the extra stuff that comes with it and the immediate access to service representatives which he says is outstanding. Understand that I am only reporting here. I don't use AOL personally.
