what time of day am I most likely to get a US based RCI Guide on the phone?

It is very frustrating to me to waste my limited time holding on the phone and then be connected to someone in another country I cannot understand, cannot understand me, and have the problem unresolved.

I am trying to get a refund resolved that should have been done automaticaly and is STILL showing up on my Visa since early August.

Anyone have times when the US call center is open?

Best Time To Call RCI

I have found best time to call is between 8 and 9am Eastern Standard Time. Monday and Tuesday are good days.

I have most always been connected to an RCI guide in Indianapolis.

Sometimes you will be connected to a Canadian call center in New Brunswick.

The couple of times I've connected with the Canadian center, I have been very happy. Wish it would happen more often.

I too have been very satisfied with the service provided by the Canadian Guides, who are based in New Brunswick. I usually get one if I call early in the morning. Sometimes i connect with Indianapolis, whose Guides are also very helpful. I don't have much luck with the Guides in Mexico. They don't seem to be quite as knowlegable.

Have you contacted Visa? The can handle it for you if you can't resolve it with RCI - I would anyway, before it's too late.
