I am new to Time Shares, My Wife and I have traveled to lots of all inclusive resorts all over Mexico but last year we stayed in a friends TS and really enjoyed it and are interested in looking into TS options
Saw an ad on our local Buy and sell for a free time share got me interested in this again.
Look forward to seeing suggestions and learning a bit before I jump in

"Selling my timeshare owned by Geo Holiday and managed by Wyndham. You can book trough Windham or RCI anywhere in the world. We had lots of Disney's trips and now we all grown out. Not using anymore and ready to pass those adventures to once that will enjoy those trips and more.
I have $154,000 point that you can use anytime of the year, anywhere. I will even pay for owner transfer fee (which is $350 USD) and you will have to pay yearly maintenance fee of $800 USD to maintain your ownership.

1) Is there a vacation destination you wish to visit most of the time or on a regular basis? if so where? Mexico, We really enjoyed our last trip to Zihuatenajo
2) Do you want to visit your home resort at least half the time, or do you want to trade more than half the time? Not too sure, we would be going to Mexico more than 1/2 the time Prob different places in Mexico
3) What are your 5 top trade destinations? California, Florida, Hawaii, other Caribbean destinations
4) How many people do you usually travel with - total, including yourself? 2 or 4 Usually Just my wife but every couple years my sister and husband like to go together
5) Can you travel any time, or are you locked into the school schedule? Anytime
6) Can you make firm plans 12 or more mos. in advance? Yes
7) Can you vacation for a full week at a time? yes or 2 weeks preferred
8) What level of accommodations do you prefer on a scale of 1 to 5 stars? 4-5
9) How much can you afford to spend upfront, without financing? would depend on what it offers me but 4-5K
10) How much can you afford to spend every year for a maintenance fee that will come due right after Christmas, and increase each year? again more for the right package but 1000.00-1400.00 USD
11) Are you a detail oriented planner? sure
12) Do you understand that once you buy a timeshare, it may be very difficult to sell or give away, and you are responsible for all fees, until you do? yes
