what should closing cost be on Marriott KoOlina resale. I imagine that closing cost are higher than on the mainland ?
If its a deeded float week do I have to join marriott club and if so how much does that cost ?

Closing costs are dependent on the company facilitating the resale and closing company they use not necessarily the property your are purchasing. Who are you looking to purchase Marriott Ko Olina resale through?
