Liz,

I would recommend TUG, Redweek, MyResortRetwork, or Craigslist. Also check the local papers.

I've never used Craigslist but have seen a few postings recommending it. Can anyone offer a recommendation on what City to place the "For Rent" ad in? Do you use your city, or the nearest city where the resort is?

Thanks,
Matt

I dont know where you are looking for but I have rented from Triwest Timeshare in Los Angeles twice. I have helped friends rent from Trading Places, and Resortime. The experience with all of them were good.
Others I have considered using are Hawaii Timeshare Exchange (www.htse.net), and www.condodirect.com. There is also Trading Places Maui.

I would place it in the city where the resort is located. If I was interested in renting in Florida, for example, I wouldn't look in my local area.

I just looked at how easy it is to list on craigslist. Are you allowed to post the same ad in multiple cities?
