The difference is usually floor at HGVC, plus being second floor, standard on first floor, premier is top floor (or could be an end unit like at King's Land).

Note that the Pointe does not have elevators so a Plus unit *might* mean going up a flight of stairs to enter. Buildings 50, 51, and 52 are an exception because the second floor is level with the entrance due to the hillside.

We always prefer to book the newer Cove units.
