CHEESECAKE!

I make my own with either pineapple juice or boysenberry syrup flavoring added. Made Texas style, with out citrus rind and vanilla added for smoothness.

Pure poison. . . but oh, so good. . .

1. Utz Hards pretzels with Jif Extra Crunchy peanut butter (not sure this qualifies as a "naughty food")
2. Boston cream donuts
3. Double Shackburger at the Shake Shack stand at Nationals Park (the only Shake Shack I've ever been to) but only one a month -- seven per year max.

My nemisis is basically ANYTHING white or near white. Bread, ice cream, cheesecake, potatoes, onions, popcorn, chips, mac 'n' cheese. You get the idea.

This is me except is is cheese instead PB. Not a total waste of calories but not exactly nutrient dense and I pig out.

"Naughty" sometimes is a quantitative issue.
