I've currently got 79 TPU (a 60 and a 19) with RCI, and I'm debating if it's worth combining to see if there is anything really fancy worth shooting for. The biggest I've seen so far is 55 TPU. So, it made me wonder, what has been everyone's biggest exchange? Was it worth that many points/TPU?

I thought that the max was 60 for a single unit.

I thought 60 was the max also, my largest recombine was 135 - had a plan for a couple of quick, easy exchanges to get the residual credit down to a reasonable size (60 ish) - which I just did....

my strategy is to recombine annual residuals only ONCE and for 2 years.

I am quite sure that 60 is the maximum, but I can no longer find the authoritative document that says this.

The largest I have ever seen was 60 for some Manhattan Club 1BRs. There may have been a few others that high, but I've never seen anything higher. The highest I've personally exchanged for was a 3BR at HGVC Lagoon Tower in the summer of 2016. That was 56 or maybe 58, I don't remember now.

It was several years ago -- when Hilton was depositing high end hotel rooms. I was able to reserve 2 rooms, early summer at great downtown Chicago location. They gave us a giant room with king size bed, table and chairs and mini-bar, the second room adjoining had two queen beds. We had a great family vacation. I don't remember the last time I saw a Hilton Hotel in RCI.
