We currently own a 1 bedroom at SDO and have had some awesome trades with it.
Furthermore, i grabbed a 2 Bdrm at the Sands of Kahana (Maui) for March 2013 through II. However, we are now thinking of selling this timeshare. What happens to this trade that has already been booked for 2013?
Will the new owners be able to use this trade if they wish?

No - the II Acct. doesn't transfer with ownership - it will still belong to you, and II won't know you sold this TS unless you tell them - this has advantages. However, you could get a guest certificate and allow them to use the week, if you wish. What ever you decide, you need to make it clear in your Ad when the new owner's usage starts.
