I had to do a retrade and it's a sort of last minute because my Mom is in the hospital
and I paid for the retrade but when I went to use it, it charged me $229 to do it.

What happened to the free retrade that I prepaid?
Why did I have to pay a full exchange fee again?
Should I call II to get it refunded or did they change the rules again?

What's the point of buying a retrade if you have to do a full exchange fee?
I might as well have just cancelled and saved myself the retrade if this is how
it works now. Does anybody know?

Thanks. Sigh.

Were you inside 14 days from checkin? For Eplus added after February 1, 2024 you only have until 14 days prior to checkin in order to do retrades as part of Eplus.
