What does this Addendum mean? HGVC

Hi all,

Quick question. I am entering into a resale contract for HGVC Tuscany Village EOY Odd and I received a copy of the deed with this addendum. The estoppel shows 7000 points EOY and looks how it's supposed to look. However, I wanted to check on this addendum and if this is what it's supposed to say. I don't want a week in a 2 bedroom suite every other year at HGVC Tuscany Village. I just want the points. But the way this is worded since it says "shall be required to make a reservation for a Suite", does that mean it has to be at Tuscany Village and in a suite? I don't know much about developer's contracts but that looks like what this would be. To me anyway.

So will this be points or will this be a week I have to take at Tuscany Village EOY?

With HGVC, you do not buy points, you buy a week. Then, as an owner, you automatically become a member of HGVC and with that membership every week is worth X number of points. I think this is just the legal description of what you are buying (a week).

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it.
