I used to own carlsbad seapointe and recently sold both units. Reason being I think their MF are high. But over the past 4 years of owning, I've discovered I like GPX. Any recommendation of owning something that can deposit into gpx with less than $900 MF? I know the exchange cost is around $200 and I'm fine with that. I was paying $1350 with seapointe plus the exchange fee.

Indian Palms... Maintenance fee is 881.88 for 2 bedroom. If you pay Qtrly there is a surcharge and it is 225.97 per quarter

I sold my Seapointe over six years ago and my GPX account is still active, you can probably still book bonus weeks.

I like booking the bonus days. I got a 2 bedroom within 21 days of check in for $139/night at seapointe. That's why Id rather not be an owner because my schedule allows for short term plans.

Where do you book bonus days?
