What are your 2009 MF's averaging per 1K?

Hello,

I just bought points from Wyndham fro 2009 and heard that the resort I bought at was going up i13% for 2009 which is astronomical!!! I was wondering with the FSP fees and taxes included what are your MF's per 1K now running for everyone for 2009!!! It almost seems to me that paying MF's is not worth it anymore because they are skyrocketing. Mine went from $4.09 per K to $4.68 per K for 2009 which is a huge jump. Please, on this one post your per K MF for 2009 and then add discussion afterward because I am trying to get an objective look at the numbers on this one. Thanks

Here are the MF's at Wyndham Bonnet Creek:

2007 MF - $3.70 per 1,000 pts.
2008 MF - $3.64 per 1,000 pts. down 1.5%
2009 MF - $3.95 per 1,000 pts. up 8.5%
