what are resale wyndham points selling for these days
I own 154 K with low mf in Flagstaff

I am think about cutting back on the number of weeks I own. Need to decide which one is easier to sell ?

What are rental points going for maybe I should rent my points to another owner for a few few years. And wait on selling

resale points sell for an avg of .005 to .02 per point, depending on location, MF, etc.

Renting points seems to be $4-$6 per thousand, with $5-$6 being popular.

www.wyndhamowners.org has a forum with point rentals that will give you a better look.
