What are my chances?

So I see that someone is trying to get a week in Park City with a Vail week, and they seem to be having trouble.

My question is, I am trying to get a 2bd in Timberlodge or Grand Residence in Tahoe for 1 week in the last two weeks of Jan Feb or Mar 2010 using a July MSE 2bd unit to exchange with. Do I have any chance of getting this? I tried to put it in early to better my chances, this of course seemed to confuse the II folks who called me and said it was too early to get that yet.

When I look at the demand guide, it looks like Tahoe is actually lower on demand than my week, but that doesn't necessarily mean I will get it.

Another question too, while I am thinking about it. Does Grand Residence have free laundry facilties, or are they pay as you go?

With over ten weeks of choices, I would think your chances are pretty darn good. You must have your request in before NOW, before those deposits at Timber Lodge are made.

I actually only requested 6 weeks since it is the last two weeks of every month. My job prevents me from taking the first two weeks

But, I placed the request last week, so that should help.

...with me getting a 2bd exchange at MMO during spring break 2009 a couple of weeks ago with my Jul MMC, you should be able to get your MML. you are depositing about a bit little further out than i did. crossing my fingers for ya !
