Westin Los Cabos Baja Point villa question

We are very much looking forward to our first stay at Westin Los Cabos and just got our pre-arrival email.

Should we be concerned about nighttime noise from the pool/pool bar if we are in buildings 7 or 8? We are thinking about asking for one of the two because of the proximity to the pool (though obviously they are less convenient to the main resort). Any other thoughts on building choice? (We are in a 2BR)

We were in a 3BR in Bldg-8 [811, 812, 813] overlooking the "Luna" pool for a week in Nov.
There are very few people around the pool [4-5 guests] all day. By 4:00pm the pool is deserted. So no noise at all.
The rooms [Building 8] are awesome [Ocean Front].
The only downside is we needed to take 3 elevators to get to our room.
The proximity to the Main Westin resort is not too bad [5 minutes walk].
If you take the shortcut [via the tennis courts] you end up at the Main resort reception without having to navigate stairs [a couple of ramps].
There was some maintenance happening in building 2 & 3 [I think] but it should be done by now.

So I learned in another forum that buildings 7 and 8 are all 3BR. Does anyone here know which Baja Point buildings have 2BR villas?

All of them are lock offs. Based on the shape of the buildings on the map, 5-8 are 3 BR LOs and 1-4 are 2 BR LOs. It’s possible to have a 2 BR in 5-8 with one of the hotel rooms locked off.

There are three villa options available on the Vistana Villa Finder for my dates:

3 Bedroom Lockoff Villa
2 Bedroom Premium Villa
2 Bedroom Villa

Are there any pros or cons to each? Buildings specific to one or the other? None of them mention Baja Point.

Pretty sure it will say Baja Point if it's there. But I can't remember if there are 3 bedroom lockoffs in the main property or not.
We were really happy with our 2 BR Premium in the main property. We did walk over to use the pool at Baja Point a couple of times, and ate at the restaurant there once. It's not much of a walk. The multiple elevator rides to get down to the pool level from the lobby level took almost as long as the walk!

The main Los Cabos property is just two big buildings which together form a semicircle, it's pretty massive. Different view angles depending on where you are in the building and which level, but they are all ocean view (they all face the ocean, with the corridors and entry doors on the opposite side.) I don't think you can go wrong, I'd probably ask for a higher floor over a lower one just to avoid any pool noise, but it wasn't noisy.
