Some of you may have noticed that a 1BR Platinum annual was on eBay recently and the auction was ended early. This was for the smaller one, not the 1BR Premium, and was worth 67,100 StarOptions annually with $625 in MFs annually.

I contacted the broker and asked what the final sale price was and he responded "around $3,000". I thought that was interesting and wanted to post it.

Thanks Greg. Always good to know what is going on in the market.

We made a side trip from Palm Desert to see some relatives in Phoenix and visited Kierland Villas, since we have never been there. Very nice property and units. Some day we will have to use our ownership there.
