Westin Kierland - Value Estimate?

It has been 10+ years since my last post and we had just purchased a resale week here for Westin Kierland. Now we are looking at selling or the options to get out. After 10 years we have no idea what it might now be worth. Wondering if I might get some user feedback, ballpark worth? I appreciate any insight.

There is a plat unit listed on RedWeek right now with 81k SO for $8750. That is probably a little high but not outrageous (in comparison a 2 BR would run 14-15k).

It all depends on how quickly you want to move it.

Lately I have seen anywhere from 6k-8750.
