I received a confirmation for Westin Kaanapali and didn't recognize the unit number, which is 230200. I've been to the resort before and know the unit number is typically building, floor, and room number. Any information on 230200 is appreciated. Also, I understand there are no room guarantees as owners at the specific resort rightfully have preference to view.

Thanks,
CJ

Here is the resort map (you can find this in Starwood Owner Resources at the top of the forum.) http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77371

2= bldg. 2
3 = floor 3
0200 = units 00 + 02

These 2 units are right on the corner, closest to the resort store.

What would unit 00 mean? Just one side of the lock off? The rooms should be 01 and 02 for the complete 2BR unit.

If you look at the map, you will see that 00 is listed as a unit number. 00 + 02 are the 1 bdm. + studio.

In Buildings 2 and 3, the even numbers are all on one side of the corridor and odd numbers are all on the other. Thus, 00 + 02 create a 2 bd unit, 04 + 06 create another, etc. and 01 + 03, 05 + 07, etc. on the other side. The ocean front center is 30 + 31.

I don't know about building 4.

Yes, 00 would be one side of the lock off (I don't recall which).
