I inherited this timeshare from my parents and used it every 2 years for 20 years. The kids have grown up and we're ready to hand it off to someone else.

Location: Kissimmee, FL - 1 mile from Disney World

2 bedroom villa with Loft - 2 Full bath – Sleeps 10

Fixed Unit #OOO-7 (though this has changed in past due to recent renovations)

Fixed week 21 Even Years only:
• 2026: May 24-31, 2026
• 2028: May 21-28, 2028

Maintenance Fee: 2026 Maintenance Fee not paid yet (2024 was $1310 USD). Have not received the bill this year, but usually paid in the fall of odd years.

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2026

Title Transfer: Free - I will cover the cost of the transfer.

000-7 is a great upstairs end unit which means more square footage and it by a very nice pool. Only downside is that it is next to Livingston Road which has gotten very busy in the past couple years and you can hear lots of road noise.

I have lots of memories staring out the side window of the loft, feeding what would have been out babies at the time. It is a nice plus to the end unit.

I never loved the view out the front, but then, we spent all our time on the back patio anyway.
