The waterpark looks really awesome! I am curious if anyone ranks this above Marriott Harbour Lake or Wyndham Bonnet Creek for family with young kids. Pros and cons?

I wouldn't necessarily put it above Harbour Lake or Bonnet Creek. It is just different. Westgate Lakes does have a waterpark, but it is $20 a day per person for non owners. It looks like it is the same price for adults and children.

With Bonnet Creek you get two lazy rivers for free and several other pools. Harbour Lake is great for kids because of the big splash pad they have but the pools are otherwise kind of small.

If you are staying on an exchange or getaway, there are no resort fees or other fees that I am aware of. Interval International getaways are pretty cheap for the Orlando Westgate properties where the prices have gone up for the Marriott resorts quite a bit. The room we stayed in recently was also renovated. You may want to check out some videos out on YouTube of the different properties to see what they are like.

Thanks for the insight. Yeah Westgate is so cheap in getaways, but are you saying they will charge $20 per person per day for waterpark access? That is a lot. Perhaps those Marriott Palms are a bit comparable as they have access to world center water parks for a fee.

There is a fee for the waterpark at World Center too. You do get free access to the pool and slide tower, but not the new River Falls Waterpark.

You may receive a discount if you are a WOW (World of Westgate) member and there appears to be multi day discounts too. It is free to sign up for WOW but I don't know if you get a discount by just being at the WOW Member level. They do offer 25% off at Westgate Town Center so there may be something similar at Westgate Lakes.

Here is a screenshot of the waterpark pricing at Westgate Lakes.

Great info. I will start with Marriott then given the fees and the room accommodation is likely of higher quality. Out of curiosity, have you stayed at Holiday Inn Orange Lake and any feeling about it? Another massive resort with great waterpark.

We've never been to Orange Lake.
