Westgate Getaway January

I am looking for a week in January, and there is a 2BR available at Westgate Villas for $347/wk plus tax.
I know all of the horror stories about Westgate ownership, but it is rated gold with II, and if I avoid any sales pitches, I am thinking it will be a nice place to spend a week, with 2 grandchildren.
Thoughts?

If this is Westgate Vacation Villas, be aware that most buildings have stairs. This matters a lot to me so I call and request ground floor a couple of weeks before check in. Just stayed in a newer building and they have elevators. At checkin, when told they were putting me in elevator building, I requested and got a firework view.

As far as the resort, every one has enjoyed it but extra charge or sales pitch required for most amenities, like water park and mini golf.
