Help. We have been owners before it was built. We are trying to book for next year and are getting the total runaround from Hilton Elara. Anybody have this problem? Last time we stayed was 2018 and had no problems. Had book 2020 but then had to cancel because of Covid. Any help is greatly appreciated.
