Westgate Dispute with Condo Owner in 2016 - Where was it?

Does anyone remember this dispute between Westgate and a condo owner? Westgate didn't secure all the deeds to the entire complex and tore down all the surrounding structures but left her townhouse standing, with considerable damage. All the news was just about the dispute, but I don't know where the property was. According to one article it was a 180 acre development, but I don't think there has been a new resort from Westgate in Orlando for many years. Was this just a new building at an existing resort. I beleive it was to be an eight story tower with 82 units. Does anyone know what property this was at? Or was it a new property?

Yeah, it was that one. I think I have figured out that it was an addition to the Westgate Lakes property.

I remember you could see the condo with all sorts of construction around it. It was fenced off. I thought it was bad of the planning department to give permits without checking that westgate had actually gotten all the deeds. I was glad that she continued to fight for what was hers for so long and somewhat prevailed.
