Has anyone used Wesley Financial? What was your experience? And were they able to cancel a mortgage?
Why do you ask?Has anyone used Wesley Financial? What was your experience? And were they able to cancel a mortgage?
They are claiming they can cancel what we owe on our mortgage. I don't believe them, but curious if, in fact, anyone has had a successful experience. If you had used the Search function here on TUG, you would have found links to these numerous threads about WF:

They all have negative, unfavourable reviews of this company.
BTW, no company, law firm, or charity is able to cancel a mortgage. What are you hoping to accomplish by using WF?
I've understood that you can NEVER get out of your mortgage. Wesley is claiming that they can; so curious if anyone has had success in cancelling or reducing the mortgage amount. Why do you ask?

Bankruptcy certainly isn't always necessary. In many cases, just defaulting and letting them foreclose will get you out of a mortgage (goes for timeshares and traditional real estate). Need to check state laws to see if there is recourse on unpaid debt that the foreclosure sale doesn't cover. The best and only way to getting out of your mortgage? Work hard and pay it off.
There are no easy outs on mortgage commitments (other than bankruptcy)
.
If you prove fraud in the inducement you can legally get out w/o paying and maybe get refund for payments made.I know that you can reduce the mortgage interest, but it is not possible to get out of the mortgage without paying for it.
I hear this same advertisement this morning on a local television and radio stations (Hampton Road area in Virginia).Ironically I just heard radio advertisements from them yesterday evening. Maybe there regularly on in my area and it was just selective awareness. Pitch was TS only thing you buy that you don't know the cost upfront and it is never ending. Followed we get you out or you don't pay anything. Standard tactics I guess....

That makes two of us haha. I got banned from Wesley and timeshare Tracy’s page lolI got banned from Wesley’s fb, with my comment deleted, for steering a TS owner to a deedback program at a cheaper fee than Wesley. Does this seem like a company that cares about TS owners?

Right now you have one liability, the money you owe for your timeshare. The moment you sign with any exit company you will add another liability, the money you owe them.Has anyone used Wesley Financial? What was your experience? And were they able to cancel a mortgage?
That is the lawyer's and Westley's job.Even if that is true, you have to be able to prove fraud. What proof would one have of fraud that would stand up in court?
If Wesley claims they can win in court for you, have they shown you cases they have won in situations similar to yours?Has anyone used Wesley Financial? What was your experience? And were they able to cancel a mortgage?
You are not alone. I was also banned from their FB page for advising someone away from Wesley Financial.I got banned from Wesley’s fb, with my comment deleted, for steering a TS owner to a deedback program at a cheaper fee than Wesley. Does this seem like a company that cares about TS owners?
