These folks claim they can offer a 100% “Money back” service to give back most major company timeshares and stop maintenance fees.
Too good to be true? Anyone have experience with these folks?

the number one red flag for an owner to avoid doing business with a company is if they ask for a significant upfront fee.

They can offer the money back guarantee because if their form letters don't work, they tell you to stop paying. If you stop paying and write a letter saying you refuse to pay anymore you will either be offered a deed in lieu of foreclosure or will be foreclosed upon. Either way your out and they fulfilled their guarantee.

If they 100% guarantee tell them you will guarantee to pay them after they do what they promise. See how fast they run.

Since I owe zero on any of my Timeshares and am only paying maintenance, I’d like to send them all letters saying I’ve had enough. I wonder if all my other assets being in a trust would keep them from attacking them.

Wyndham can be given back via their Ovation program .

A few TS have positive dollar value / many can be given away .

(ie ) There are likely much better options than ... Wesley Financial Group / Scam )


Please read TUG bargain sub- forum / see how others give away fully paid for TS ownerships .

Post what you wish to exit - including size / if in points etc & and someone can likely give additional information on your best options .
