Spoiler alert: Thanks @paxsarah, I enjoyed searching for this one. But to save
anyone else the trouble, here's a link for anyone that wants to track this fowl fish:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/394461650983

There have been comments about this seller (Timeshare Clearinghouse?) elsewhere
on TUG...and I wouldn't presume to venture an opinion. But I really like your
animated GIF. I'm guessing the point is this way the seller only has to pay for one
Ebay listing? Heckuva Package Deal! (to misappropriate a famous TUG phrase)

BTW, I *can* say I've enjoyed both resorts in years past. I'm sure someone here
can explain why one might want to bid on both Even Years at once???

They are packaging one very low maintenance fee deed (Bali Hai) with another deed that is facing a potentially huge special assessment and would likely never sell on it's own to an informed buyer.

As for your follow-up question, I could see buying an even year package if someone had an odd year already (either in Wyndham or another system).

I'm looking into buying a resale contract now, and very curious to know how to determine if a specific resort might face a potentially huge special assessment in the future. Is there a way I can view that information or another thread that discusses resorts that might face a special assessment?

I only know about this one because of the discussion here on TUG.

I also saw something mentioned on Facebook yesterday that led me to discover a bankruptcy regarding (one of the HOAs at?) Fairfield Harbour: https://www.rkc.llc/post/fairfieldharboursidecondominiumassociationinc
I actually have no idea how this affects owners at that resort (and I wouldn't have considered a resale there anyway because the maintenance fees are typically not attractive). (It's also funny that in looking through the filing, I discovered that a member of my former church in PA apparently owns a week there.)

But it's really just luck of the draw, keeping up with owner communities and paying attention (and liberal use of the search function when something seemingly appealing pops up).
