Can anyone who has purchased from Welk tell me how long it takes for the purchase to show up in II? I got my Interval info within a week from Marriott - so I am trying to be patient although it has almost been a month.

Call them and ask for owner's services. I think it won't show up in II (do you mean as an exchangeable unit?) unless you request a deposit of your week to II.

Owner's Services

I have talked to owner's services a couple of times and was told it could be another 4-6 weeks. I already have a reservation for July 4 next year and want to deposit asap since I want to travel Easter week next year - I know it may not happen at this late date and we do have a contingency plan, I just don't understand why it's taking Welk so long to get it set up when Marriott was amazingly fast (maybe they were just out of the ordinary?)

Did you start with II? Call them, tell them you bought welk and ask them to open an account for you. When you deposit the week, they will confirm the info with Welk.

Thank you for the advice. DH called II *again* today and found someone who could help - so the new II account is set up (since we could not merge it with our Marriott property), the Welk week is deposited (with an AC) and we are on our way!
