Welk Platinum Points RCI ID number ??

How do you exchange Welks Platinum Points with RCI?
I'm considering buy Welks resale to trade and noticed that the RCI directory does not have Welks Platinum points listed. There is no "home" resort with the points program and even if there were, the Northstar Lodge Welk Resort is still not listed in the RCI directory. Any info. would greatly be appreciated.

Welk platinum points exchange through II (Interval International) not RCI.

The older sections of Welk in Escondido have dual affiliation with II and RCI, but as noted earlier, the Platinum Points program is only in II. In fact, if you trade a week using points, II will give you an Accommodation Certificate for an extra trade. Some people see some value in an AC, but others don't.

This is extremely disappointing. We just went to the welks presentation and they said we'd be able to trade welks platinum points within RCI. Good to know. Thank you!
