I have used their rental program several times (with good luck). But I have a question that I don't think Welk covers anywhere. Does anyone know whether Welk has any restrictions on how many times an owner can use the program?
Hopefully several of you who have used the rental program will share your experience here.
In particular have any of users made a comparison among TUG, Ebay and the Welk program? In addition to fees, maybe you have made some comparisons on the actual rental prices different sellers have obtained when renting similar properties.
But I also had several times when I tried to make a rental, that Welk's limits had been reached. Have any of you encountered that problem? The information I would like to obtain is, Does anyone know how many rentals Welk allows and when the limits are usually reached? I have been most interested in Northstar and Cabo
