Hi Folks! Our Welk maintenance fees jumped by 7%. Last year we paid $2,716.73 this year we owe $2,965.20. Anyone have any thoughts about whether that is standards. Seems high to me.

Fees at the Grandview in Las Vegas increased 5%, so 7% doesn't seem out of line depending on the resort.

The U.S. inflation rate was 6.2% in October.

Inflation surged after the COVID shutdowns as demand for everything came back faster than supply.

Industries that rely on service jobs, like timeshare resorts, are being pressured by labor shortages.

Property values have jumped all over the country, which could result in higher property taxes on sprawling resorts.

Thank you very much for helping me understand this situation. Your response seems very logical and informative.
