Is this a fix week or floating?

Once every 3 years? Do you have to pay Maintenence every year? Or just the year you have?

In the greater Las Vegas area, the fireworks for July 4th and New Year's Day are magnificient. Somehow it feels like every community wants to have their own fireworks and the result of that is that there are many fireworks going across the at least 180 degrees of the skyline and where we are, we have a clear view of alot of the fireworks that go off. New Day's Day is "worse", fireworks go on for several hours.

Which year is next year of usage?

A number of off-topic posts have been redacted from this thread. It is not appropriate to criticize the honest offer of a free timeshare.

Just to help...

Week 27 is usually Fourth of July week so that's kind of fun :)
Other things going on during that week include: world series of poker,

Cliffs at Peace Canyon is located in Summerlin which is the west part of the Vegas valley. It's near Red Rock Canyon, Red Rock casino/hotel, Downtown Summerlin (shopping area with movies and events), City National Arena (the new ice rink that the Golden Knights practice at) and coming soon there will be the Las Vegas Ball Park where the 51s will play.

Cliffs is more like a condo complex than a resort. So that makes it very neighborhood-y and family-friendly. When you go you'd probably want to rent a car since it's a drive from The Strip and most tourists want to spend quite a bit of time down at The STrip.
