For the first time in the 9 years we have owned a week at MOW, we have failed to reserve the week we wanted. The MVC website has been terrible this morning, spinning endlessly and never arriving on the "reserve your week" page. In parallel, I actually called the toll free number to hedge our bet. While the customers service rep was confirming my email, the week we wanted disappeared.
I'll be glad when the IT issues are in the rearview mirror.
