For the first time in the 9 years we have owned a week at MOW, we have failed to reserve the week we wanted. The MVC website has been terrible this morning, spinning endlessly and never arriving on the "reserve your week" page. In parallel, I actually called the toll free number to hedge our bet. While the customers service rep was confirming my email, the week we wanted disappeared. :mad:

I'll be glad when the IT issues are in the rearview mirror.

I was able to call MS and get a week at NCV this morning. Super frustrating that their website isn’t working.

We attended two presentations over the last three months. One at Crystal Shores in June where they promised in 30 days the website will be up and running with the Westin properties listed. That didn't happen. And, we just attended a presentation at Shadow Ridge last week, (could not resist the $300 inducement), and was promised the same thing. When I mentioned we were told the exact same thing 60 days ago, all the rep could do was take a deep breath. I feel sorry for these salespeople. Sometimes.

You have been very lucky if you've always gotten the MOW week you wanted prior to the website issues. About half the time, we get what we want. We always call and go online, but it doesn't always work. And this is for silver season. Very competitive time, especially the first few weeks of the season.
