Website issue? One of our weeks disappeared!

I logged on to the Vistana web-site earlier today to pay our 2020 MFs — two separate weeks, at two different properties.

But the MF statement only shows up for one of our two ownerships ... and the missing week is also missing from the “What I Own” summary!

(Oddly, though, our SO totals for 2020 and 2021 are correct.)

I tried calling Vistana to report and resolve the issue, but received a “high call volume, call us some other time” recording (grrrrrrr...)

Anyone else having this issue??

Is the missing week a resale purchase? If so, was it part of a multi-week contract/deed?

It's neither of those problems ... there's no dropdown (like there usually is) to toggle between our ownerships, and our newest ownership week (which is the one that's now missing from our account) was showing up on our Dashboard before. And, oddly, the SO points for the week that's disappeared from our dashboard do show up in our point totals under "Account Balances" for 2021, 22 and 23. Something is clearly wonky. Even so, it's very concerning to not see something that we paid for and that we own show up here.

I've emailed them via the website. No response.

I've tried calling dozens and dozens of times. After navigating through the menu prompts, I keep getting the Marriott message saying "Due to call volumes, we won't take your call at this time. Try again another time."

Grrrrrrr.
