Web Page Software ?

Severeal years ago when I was doing some web page development, I used FrontPage a lot. Now that is gone and am looking around for a very good, versitile and preferably free package to create and edit web pages, including form control, etc. Anyone have a good one? TIA

Looks like I have to host with Google to use that. I alreayd have a fairly large site that I need to edit so probaly need something else for this one. I may try Google the next time I am starting a new site, however. Thanks

Use a page creator that creates good solid standards-compliant code. Don't use anything from Microsoft that creates pages using Microsoft aberrations from the standards that may not be understood or interpreted properly by non-Microsoft browses like Firefox and Opera.
