Should we pack mostly shorts and tees or long pants and sweaters? Forecast is in 70s. Last Dec in Ft Lauderdale temp was in 30s and we never got out of jackets but that was unusual (I think?) Be there Dec3/10th.
Weather.com has a 10 day forecast and I usually look at it ahead of time. And NOAA - National Weather Service has a 7 day forecast that I check out right before we pack.
Looks like you will have great weather - mostly 70s, but a day or two in the 80s.

Hi,
I will be in traveling to Key West 12/3 - 10th as well. Where are you staying? A TUG meet up?
Not sure if you are aware, but the Key West Christmas parade is scheduled for Saturday night at 7:00 PM.
We're at Hyatt Windward pointe. Flying to Ft Laud and driving down 12/3 pm
NO, did not know about parade. I see you own at Ft Laud Bch Resort. That's our home base, too.

Yes, I love FLBR. It is my favorite place to visit in January. It never seems to be crowded and always in nice condition. So close to the beach, easy drive to many restaurants, taprooms and shopping. I will be there Jan. 14th for a week after visiting The Mariner Beach Club on St. Pete's Beach.
This visit to Key West is completely unscheduled. There was a last minute unit available at The Galleon that popped up and I took it after finding inexpensive airfare.
Enjoy yourself as it looks like the weather will be 79 degrees almost every day.
After a week at Hyatt Windward Pointe. Weather was fine, a beautiful resort. We enjoyed a sunset sailboat "Wind and Wine" cruise, visiting the museums, shopping and hanging out in the town and at our resort. Now, back to reality...
