Wow! Not one answer or reply.
We are now not interested in this resort.

According to Google Maps, it's in the middle of nowhere.
Not the ocean & not the mountains.

I have stayed there 3 or 4 times when I owned with Capital. It really is in the middle of nowhere. It was a failed condo project bought by the timeshare company. The only amenities are an outdoor pool with hot tub, a playground and a gazebo with gas firepit. The first time I stayed it didn't have any of those things. It is about an hour and a half from outer banks.

Most of the units have a dirct view of the sound and it is very pretty and peaceful. There are units on the side that have more of a side view and those are typically the ones given to II exchanges. Seemed like it would be nice if you brought your own Kayak or fishing equipment. The town of Edenton is about 15-20 minutes away it has a few restaurants and a grocery store, etc.

This is one of my favorite pictures of my grandmother on the balcony watching a sunset on the Albemarle Sound. She was 98. This was in 2017. One of the times we had a penthouse suite there, which is 2 floors with an elevator in the suite. We were there during the Perseid meteor shower.

Edenton is a very quaint historical town that was once NC's state capital. It is a great place to go during the historic home tours they do every other year, but it is better for a weekend break than spending a whole week there.

And if you are boating on the Albemarle Sound or visiting the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge (lots of bears, no alligators!)
