Waterside by Spinnaker dual affiliated - sort of..

I posted a while ago that I was so excited that Waterside by Spinnaker was now dual affiliated, thinking foolishly that we'd be able to decide to deposit with II instead of RCI (where it only gets 28 TPU's for 2013 - down from 32 TPU's in 2011)

Apparently I am mistaken - it's only being offered with their new sales. Rats! So we (and many others no doubt) are shut out....

I know, I shouldn't be surprised but it just frosts me......:wall:
