Waterside by Spinnaker...1 in 4????

We stayed at Waterside this past October and want to go back in the Fall of 2006.

We've found availability....can anyone tell me if this is a 1 in 4 resort...and if so is there anything we can do??

Yes it is. We know folks who have been told by RCI that they can't get another exchange. I don't know any of the tricks, but there are lots of other good resorts on HHI.
