Water Issues-BlueGreen Club La Pension?

Got a call from BG saying that because of water issues (no water and/or no hot water) my MG reservations has been cancelled. Corp has said several things and Club is saying different.
Still trying to gather info but thought I'd post here.
Anybody visit there recently or any owners w/info?

Club is now going to honor my reservation for MG, they offered another week but NOT comparible to my MG week. Also corp says no discount and passes buck back to the Club who's take is they still have same expenses(minus HOT water bill, haha). Big ask for guests to go a week w/o hot water. Big hot mess and I will continue to dig in.

Latest info on BG website. Still makes no sense? Been going on for months so that adds to the intrigue...

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans has reported a water main pipe break resulting in low water pressure in the Lower 9th Ward where Bluegreen’s Club La Pension is located.

In light of the low water pressure coming to the resort, new reservations will not be accepted for Club La Pension now through March 6, 2022.

The Bluegreen emergency management team continues to monitor the situation and will provide updates as necessary

Club La Pension is in the French Quarter, no where near the Lower 9th Ward.

The Quarter House is closed due to low water pressure. Don’t know what’s happening in French Quarter to cause this.
