I am new to the system and I was wondering if there is a way to get notifications for resort cancellations? I know it would first come first serve to book it.

I wish there was, but only way I know to find one is to pick a region, go online and a date and see what is available. Boy, if anyone has a better way I would also like to know.

Several owners did have a better way. Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your point of view they were caught and the game is over
What the op is talking about is a wait list like Worldmark has. Maybe one day

They were caught/stopped? I did not know that.
Maybe after Voyager finds its way back into the Milky Way Galaxy, they can start working on a waitlist.

Absolutely. It's called RCI. To do so would take away, and be to similar. Plus I'm sure it's a dumping ground for Wyndham. Towards the end of the year, say late September, does RCI give any help with fees ?

That's true, if you're direct or resale. Platinum to deeded. If you found out when resorts hit the web, there would an instant stampede. Fingers a flying.
