The developer and board who promised a new timeshare facility has efffectly stopped this plan for the future (they state indefinetly on hold). This was a sales pitch years ago was with a dream and good investment opportunity.

Today:

There response was we never promised anything.

I first responded to this thinking this was the resort at Stateline South Shore. Then I realized it was one of the North Shore resorts. In fact our daughter and her husband also bought there based on promises never realized. Due to other financial difficulties, moving out of the area and since a studio is next to worthless, they are probably going to just let it go and take whatever hit may come with that.

Check with the resort and see if they will accept a deed-back where you in essence give it back to them. Seems crazy to me but it'd be a way to get it off their hands.
