Has a company claiming to be BGV reached out to you about selling your timeshare?

Any claim or representation that BGV is trying to sell your timeshare is fraudulent. DO NOT work with anyone claiming to be helping you sell your timeshare and claiming to be from BGV. BGV’s identity is being used illegally by people not related to the company whatsoever.

We suggest reporting these individuals to the authorities immediately.
ADDITIONALLY – Please contact Occidental Vacation Club and tell them what these individuals are claiming in regards to your ownership.

Has Anyone Else Experienced This?

Have any other owners (of Occidental or any other timeshare company) been fraudulently contacted by a BGV Marketing imposter trying to resell their timeshare? DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION- they are NOT BGV! We are trying to ensure that this has stopped. Any and all information that anyone can offer is extremely helpful. Thank you so much!!
