WANTED: Wyndham Points or Orange Lake Resorts

I am very stringent on these, either you have these or not. Plus, I can only accept one, not both, and will pay ONLY by PayPal. I am able to pay no more than $165 towards Closing Costs/Transfer Fees/Maintenance Fees, and I will ask that you contact a closing service to do the deal. Plus, I know MFs can go up on a yearly basis. The MF price caps I mention are what will be paid in January.
  1. Wyndham Points... Minimum points I will accept is 77000, maximum points are 180000. MFs should be under $0.0065/point or $100/month. For Biennial, any point level as long as MFs are under $100/month.
  2. Holiday Inn Orange Lakes Resort... I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom at either East Village or River Island (not West Village). Fixed in late year (Oct 1- December 31). Floating is ok *only if* it can be used in that time frame. Maintenance Fees must be less than $900.

As a side note, the reason I am asking for Orange Lakes is because my wife's parents have a Fixed Week in East Village for Week 21. I haven't found any other resorts in the Orlando area with so many amenities! Since we live north of Orlando, if you sell/give us your Orange Lakes timeshare, the most we would use it for is to host out-of-area relatives (who love GOLF). Also, we currently own Wyndham points, the ones we are asking for will just add to what we already have.
